Sorting into groups helps us organize information. Can you figure out how we sorted ourselves in these pictures?

This last one is a little tricky because the common attribute didn't show up as well.

Anaiya's crowd surf for her birthday!

H2Whoa

Right after the fabulous Peter Pan show we were surprised by the H2Whoa Show teaching us about the water cycle and water conservation with superheroes and villains and clowns!

Ask your child if they understand the water cycle....

For math practice

Kurt, our current basic facts star used the following to help him practice too!

Kurt has mastery of the addition facts in xtramath

Unbelievable perseverance and dedication Kurt!
I hope you are as proud as we are of you!

So.... Here we have a heightened vista and a crowd surf!

Peter Pan by Dufflebag Theatre

Two weeks just flew by so this is a bit old news, but we laughed so hard we had tears in our eyes and one student said he was laughing so hard he almost peed his pants!

Owl pellets

Did you know that owls eat their prey whole, digest most of it and spit out a pellet with the non digestable parts, fur, bones and feathers. So
Here we are picking the pellets apart to find mouse, vole and bird bones..

We found pelvises, femurs, shoulder blades, skulls, and ribs. On Thursday we each hope to reconstruct a small rodent skeleton. Spelled it right this time:-)

Guided reading with Ms. Schnetzler

We practiced Leo Lionni books and read them to each other. He has such great teachings in his books.
