Madeline the Science Marvel

Today's intrepid scientist, Madeline, showed us how air can be trapped inside a cup and keep paper dry, even when that cup is submerged upside down in water.  Fascinating!

You will notice there is no planner message today. Sometimes we take a break from doing that. If we did have a planner message, it would say: REMINDER--NO SCHOOL TOMORROW. FRIDAY OCTOBER 25 IS A PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DAY.

Making movies

Making movies

We spent the day yesterday making Imovies. We had to make a six part movie showing respect.! We role played disrespectful situations and made them respectful. We learned to use IMovie and our biggest learning was solving problems and working together in a group of four. We overcame many hurdles and obstacles and were really impressed with our resulting movies.
