Let’s also admire JA’s italic printing. Notice how nicely he joins letters.

Even though this is not JA’s favourite thing to do...
He takes a deep breath and writes anyway. Some people don’t have much to say, and some could fill pages. High five to JA, because he persevered and wrote this lovely and informative paragraph about his Mum’s garden. From his words, you can tell it is an important and special place for their family. ππΏπΌπ·

Creative writing indeed!
A-F has published a book called Bunny’s Adventure. I hope you’re able to read it and enjoy the pictures. A-F came up with characters and actions to show this Bunny isn’t just lying around in a vegetable patch. Great work planning out the words and photos!
Imagine wandering here...
A-F used found objects to create this beautiful scene. Can you identify anything here? What would you want to be? Where would you stop to rest? Let your imagination run wild.
The feathers are made of what?!?!
Look closely at BK’s glorious rooster collage. How creative! How would you describe it?
Homemade ravioli!
HD made ravioli from scratch. It looks like so much fun. The word on the street is that pasta is actually pretty easy to make at home. What would you stuff yours with?
Someone’s having a blast with Science!
What are AC and his brother doing? You’d better call him and ask for an explanation.
AC told me he poked this balloon AND IT DID NOT POP. What?!?! How?!?!
Bernard’s New Hairdo
SW’s dog, Bernard, went to his home salon for a spring haircut. Isn’t he gorgeous?

Omelette on a chicken plate!
After a lot of practice, Ms. Munro made a beautiful, golden omelette and served it up on one of her favourite chicken plates. ππ❤️
Cheeky stuffie!
Roger has been up to tricks at Ms. Munro’s house. He loves playing on his calculator.
It turns out that Mattias’ stuffie is cheeky too, distracting him while he’s working. Rascal!
I think he’s saying, “Rub my tummy!”

Culinary delights!
Did you know EM is also a great cook?
Excellent knife skills. Knife skills are life skills!
Yum! What are you making??
Gorgeous presentation.
Another delicious dish.
Might that be wacky cake?!

We’re seeing some great pictures, diagrams, and posters.
Some of our classmates have made research posters of animals. Some have made diagrams. Some have sent pictures they’ve drawn or painted. The creativity is boundless.
What are these?
These are not from inside rocks or from outer space. Nor are they shaved ice or snow cones. A-F created these in her kitchen. They are crystals made from Borax. How do you do that?!
Another Italian Chef in our midst!
H is another natural in the kitchen. Here, makes lasagna from scratch. How was it?
Layering in the dish.
Golden!

More Master Chefs
Look at the attention to detail going into this gorgeous pasta dish.
Once again, my device is posting them out of order. Which goes first? Second? Third?
Here’s E’s omelette work. Eggs like to be cooked “low and slow” — slowly, on low heat.
E, do you take reservations?

Look at our learning!
"The world is our classroom," some people say. Our class is learning all over the place, doing super cool stuff! For example, baking wacky cake.
Yes, these are out of order, and a couple of them are upside down π€ͺ. How would you reorganize them?

Let’s rewind a bit...
A few weeks ago, we learned we’d be schooling very differently. What an adjustment. Your teachers wanted to connect with you very badly.

Sock Critters
Meet Ms. Munro’s sock critters! I used supplies from the $ store: socks, buttons, needle & thread, and stuffing. Can you see where I cut and sewed parts to make limbs or hair?
