Julia's electromagnet

A young engineer is born! Julia impressed us with her batteries and wires that got wound together to make an electromagnet. She was able to pick up paper clips with ease. As always Julia's presentation was compelling and flawless.

Miles' science experiment

We listened with rapt attention as Miles dazzled us with his science experiment. Such poise, confidence and clarity were great to watch. Congratulations Miles!

Salad treats, Jason, our great teacher and a bit more weeding

End of the year blog postings

I'm going to post what pictures I have for a few of the end of the year events with big apologies! But better late than never!
Our last garden visits ..... I'm thrilled that our students know where vegetables come from, how to weed properly ( make sure you put that to good use in the summer) and all about bees and pollination.

Tyler's siphon experiment

Tyler was extremely well prepared for his science presentation. He was lucky to have his father as his trusty assistant. The spraying water luckily missed the audience.
