Releasing the Salmon fry

We went to Hastings Creek yesterday to release the wee fry. After hey swam gently down the stream, we saw trout or coho about 4 inches long so we knew they were in good company. The salmon ladder made us realize that our little fry might even come back to spawn. We are so hopeful. Thanks Stacey for the great pictures.

The rain did not deter us and we learned so much about  the salmon. Thanks so much to all the parent drivers who gave up their day to join us!
